This is an opportunity to safeguard vulnerable young people and help create positive opportunities for them. Through key working and partnership working with multiple agencies involved in their care, you will support young women at risk to develop essential life skills, access new experiences, and achieve full and meaningful lives.

  • Help maintain a safe home environment and ensure compliance with OFSTED regulations and service requirements.
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of the local authority contract, supporting organisational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to efficiency, quality, and customer service standards.

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant experience in housing, support work, health and social care, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of housing management and delivering effective support services.
  • A values-driven approach aligned with our mission and organisational objectives.
  • Ability to work in a trauma-informed way, recognising and responding to the impact of trauma.
  • Understanding of, and experience working within, psychologically informed environments.
  • Ability to build positive and professional relationships with young people, colleagues and external partners.

Working Arrangements

  • Service-based role operating on a 12-week rolling rota, including some evening and weekend shifts. The role also includes shared on-call duties as part of a team of 10. Dashwood House is a 24-hour service.
  • Travel may be required to attend professional meetings, team training sessions, and conferences.
  • The postholder must be able to live and work within Greater London.

Our Offer

In return, we offer a competitive and supportive benefits package, including:

  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 31 days
  • Westfield Healthcare Cash Back Plan (including cashback for optical, dental, therapies, plus 24/7 GP access and counselling support)
  • Matched pension scheme up to 6% (with salary sacrifice option)
  • Enhanced family leave from day one, including enhanced maternity/adoption and paternity pay
  • Occupational sick pay
  • Financial support options, including season ticket loans, emergency loans, mortgage advice and wellbeing support
  • Paid volunteering days
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Discounted private medical insurance
  • Support to learn, broaden your skills and develop your career
  • A fun and inclusive work culture where individual differences are valued and championed

Closing date: 17 August 2026 (please note we may close the vacancy early if we receive high volume of applications)
